Boulevard Linear Fireplaces are the perfect modern centerpiece for today's large spaces - from a spacious family room to an upscale restaurant to a hotel lobby. Customize this fireplace to suit your style, whether traditional or contemporary. Choose an elegant reflective black liner that goes well with any decor and enhances the flickering flames. Or opt for an industrial chic look with the Bronze Ridgeback liner - a corrugated metal finished in distressed bronze. The fully recessed burner fills the fireplace with lively flames. The crushed glass, available in multiple colors, covers the fireplace floor while the included accent lighting increases the ambiance.

The Boulevard Linear 72 comes with an additional wall-mounted two button control to operate the stunning multi-color LED lighting system. Two log sets are available, either the contemporary driftwood or traditional rustic set.
The clean-face design allows tile or stonework to be placed at the edge of the window frame for a modern, seamless look. The optional trim kit finishes the opening and adjusts for different depths of tile or stone. The venting system is a 5 x 8 top vent with a 12 inch minimum rise before the flue is turned horizontally. The direct-vent system isolates exhaust from the incoming fresh air but only require one hole in the wall or ceiling. This product is warranted by Empire Comfort Systems Inc.
