opinion the Ladea fireplace is an excellent choice in a wood burning fireplace. The Ladea is
capable of burning 18" logs in its 2.0 cubic ft. firebox. It has a 6" chimney that allows the smoke to vent from the fire through the top of the fireplace. This means that the Ladea can be installed as a free standing zero-clearance wood burning fireplace. A zero-clearance fireplace means this is a factory built UL listed wood burning appliance installed inside a combustible wall or chase. This provides the ultimate flexibility and
allows you to install a fireplace in your living space that does not require a special foundation, tons of masonry and a mason to construct it all, saving you money and time.
