How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Unfortunately we are not able to calculate shipping costs through the website. If there is not a free shipping icon next to the product you are interested in you can either call our office for a shipping quote or email here: [email protected]

When emailing for a quote, please include the product you are interested in, as well as your postal code.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please refer to our complete Return Policy under the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page. Please contact our office via telephone before returning any product. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery of your order. We have a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please DO NOT send a product back without contacting us first. We will most likely not be able to track the product down and you will not receive a refund. When shipping back a product, please make sure it is packaged well. If we receive the product and it is damaged, you will not receive a refund. Depending on the cost of the product, we often times recommend insuring the package. If you have any further questions please contact our office at (800) 968-8604.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. If we sent you out the wrong product, we will send you instructions to return the merchandise and get your new product sent out as soon as we receive a tracking number and can verify the product is on its way back to us. However, if Obadiah's did not send the wrong product, and you ordered the wrong product. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
