RETURN POLICY: Obadiah's offers a 30 day return policy on most items. It is the consumer's responsibility to be sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation. Please check your local building codes as they vary from place to place and not all products are legal for installation in all places. Obadiah's will be glad to answer product questions if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact Obadiah's for a returned goods authorization number. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer or it will not be accepted. It must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If the returned merchandise meets all the qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase which can be applied to another purchase from Obadiah's.

RESTOCKING FEE: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise, plus shipping charges. Returns must be authorized in advance by Obadiah's and the customer must ship the goods prepaid at their expense, according to the above return policy. The original cost to ship the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund, whether or not the customer was originally billed for shipping or got free shipping.
